You must remember that many Chinese policies are geared up to population control. The list is long, but here are some examples : one-baby policy, toxic air, encouraging smoking, issuing driving licences to people with zero practical experience, not policing highways, no need to stop for pedestrians, driving down dual carriageways the wrong way, cleaning teeth with battery-acid toothpaste, eating and drinking contaminated food and water, execution for minor offences, e.g. expressing an opinion.

This is what climate exchange doubters should focus on. No impact by human pollution? Give me a break. I think the whole "is there global warming" issue is quite irrelevant. What's relevant is that there are areas like this in China and all over the world that really show that human action has consequences. That alone should be an alarm sound towards cleaner energy. People are focusing on the most irrelevant of debaits, avoiding the truly observable problem that begs for the same solution.
