Of course under a cap and trade carbon economy the big polluters in US and Canada and UK would subsidize emerging nations like China. (Emerging nations with space programs, nuclear program...real hard up types)

China is changing rapidly to reduce pollution. The US has had since the industrial revolution to get its act together.China wasn't independent until after WWII.White supremacists pretending to be environmentalists are just trying to keep another non white country down. BTW with public transit and bikes, it's apparent they're more environmentally conscious than our suv driving dipshits that have never and will never go off road.

Blame China. Consumers will always look for a low price. Do you expect them to look for a higher price. Stop blaming the world for China's crimes.

It requires strick policy, money and also for the consumers to impose strick laws. By the American side of the product (WalMart) do not even care how the product is made. As long as it doesn't hurt the costumer and or they don't know about it then it's good to go. That's what we get for trying to be cheap, pollution that will not only harm China but eventually the rest of the world.

yeah, it's even worse now.
